Recurring Giving Confirmation Email Address Issue

I have a congregant that has updated her email address in Arena but her online giving confirmation is still being sent to her old email address.  It doesn't appear that the giving confirmation email is even checking for the user email address after its initial creation??? Its just sending to the initial email when it was created.  This has only happened to one user so far but am unable to get the confirmation to go to her correct email.  Any ideas?  were on version: 2013.1.200
