The one from 4 months ago was somewhat helpful but as you can imagine, posts about software from 4-8 years ago aren't. I can't get emails back from our account manager on how to learn to use Arena and searching the forums is hit and miss - especially with regards to the results. Honestly all results over two years old should be in a link "there are X results two years are older, do you want to see them?"

I've also asked what we actually get for our yearly support contract but have yet to get an answer. 

I'm wondering if it's like SalesForce which I use as a volunteer with another organization. For $2,500/year you can call them up, tell them what you're trying to do and they either tell you how to do it or if it's a report you want, they build it for you. Two hour call back guarantee and 24 hour turnaround on reports. I'm hoping our support contract is something like that so I can start getting Arena working for us.
