We had a weird thing happen this past weekend (Jan 28). We had 4 families try to check in, and it said "No classes available," and I can't figure out why. All of the kids from each family are identified appropriately (we use groups, and they are all in a group). 3 of the families have 2+ kids, while one of the families, it's an only child (I was looking at a multiple child scenario, trying to find a common denominator.) Has anyone else had this happen, and if so, did you figure out why? I've created a test check in today, and they still aren't showing up. Support must be overloaded, as I couldn't get through on the phone, so I'm reaching out here. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd love to hear them! Thanks!
