Meet a Shelby Team Member

Ozella Bailey

Ozella really enjoys her job! She previously worked for a church in administration and finance. This allows her to have a deeper understanding of the needs of church, its staff and volunteers and how Shelby’s product can assist in meeting those needs. For Ozella, it is not only a job or a volunteer position, it is definitely a ministry. She still actively works for her church in Media. This keeps her grounded and connected to how important ministry work is. When Ozella is not at Shelby or working at her church, she enjoys spending time with her family. We are proud to have Ozella as part of the Shelby Team.

Rachel Bomar

Rachel truly enjoys working with customers and helping them overcome their support issues. If she does not know an answer, she doesn’t stop until she finds a solution. When Rachel is not working at Shelby you can find her outdoors somewhere with her beloved canines, singing in the choir or playing the piano at her church. Rachel is a native Memphian but she has been on many fantastic outdoor adventures. To name one, she has been to the Grand Canyon 4 times! Rachel is always uplifting and ready to share a laugh. We are thankful to have her on our Shelby Support Team.

Beverly Wilder

Beverly joined the Shelby team with over 35 years’ experience working in Customer Service. She has a real knack for helping people and is passionate about ensuring she has fully addressed all questions and resolved all issues during her support calls. Away from the office Beverly enjoys spending time with her ever faithful miniature schnauzer, Schultzy von Wilder, drinking Diet Coke and eating chocolate. Beverly is valuable member of the Shelby team!
