Phone Support - Call Back Queue?

Hey all!

Over the past several months I've had several things come up that have required a call to Arena Phone Support, and it has seemed as though the wait times are much longer than usual. Perhaps this has just been the few times I've called and not as noticeable for others, but nonetheless, it has been quite time-consuming.

I thought I'd drop a note about this in the forum to see if others would see the value in prompting Arena Support to look into options for developing a callback queue so that we might be able to call, put ourselves in line, and then continue to work and/or call our coworkers/congregants while we wait for a callback. 

Are there other folks that would see this as a valuable way to get support?
