Problem
When users attempt to print from ShelbyNext | Financials they receive the following error: 'an error occurred while printing'. This error occurs in all browsers.
Resolution
This issue is related to Adobe Acrobat Reader being out of date or not installed on the workstation. Update to the latest version of Adobe at the following link:
https://get.adobe.com/reader/
Once you have updated to the latest version of Adobe Reader, you will be able to print without error from ShelbyNext | Financials.
